501 Kerry Lane, Virginia Beach:
Our most expensive staging project yet—a waterfront luxury home with space for a 60-foot yacht. Highlighting its unique design and luxurious amenities required creativity, and we were thrilled to see it find the perfect buyer.
1005 Land of Promise, Chesapeake:
This restored colonial estate had it all—equestrian facilities, sprawling acreage, and luxurious features. This amazing property was a joy to stage because it was so meticulously designed. The results? This home ultimately sold for $930K after being purchased for $340K.
707 Hancock, Portsmouth:
At just 900 sq. ft., this was the smallest property we staged in 2024. We embraced the challenge of maximizing space, showcasing functionality, and helping buyers see the potential of every square foot. It went under contract in just 2 weeks!
415 St. Paul Blvd #102, Norfolk:
This quirky downtown condo in a historical building sat on the market for over a year. After staging, it attracted an offer in just 2 days! Our team’s creativity turned unusual spaces into must-see features, and the results spoke for themselves.
